Question: Corsa 1.2 sxi manual (2003 pre-facelift) has made a "worn bearing noise since new" is this normal?
dealer said he could not hear anything wrong? but driven at 20 mph in any gear including neutral with the clutch down it has a harsh wurring sound similiar to worn wheel bearings...help please...its now nearly 5 years old...and no different

Answer: This is not normal and i would advise you to take it to another dealer in your area as there may be a problem with your car. If they do find a problem with the car you may be able to get a contribution from vauxhall for the cost of fixing the car as it has been the case since new. If the dealer finds a problem get them to raise a case with Vauxhall, you may have some success.
If you take it to another dealer and they still arn't helpful, ring Vauxhall customer service yourself and kick up a fuss and they will accomodate you. Explain your worries and the problem and they may be able to suggest something!
These are lovely cars and usually have few problems, it would be a shame if your bad service put you off the car!
