Flaps In Facial Surgery

Question: Can anyone recommend a good "teddy bear hospital" for my daughters' favorite toy?
My youngest daughter has a beloved stuffed animal that belonged to her older sister. It's very beat up. I'm quite good at sewing but I'm unwilling to take up the task of fixing this little guy. He needs lots of new stuff and it's got to be done by someone who can do it right. Anyone have any recommendations? I know it's going to be a spendy repair bill but I can't think of a better gift to both of the girls than giving their stuffed friend a facelift.
Are those the flaps in Facial Surgery?
Answer: A BUILD-A-Bear. She can build her own bear. 1st you pick out the animal that you want, 2nd you pick out a heart for it a you kiss it and make a wish, 3 put the heart inside and get the bear filled with cotton and you choose how soft you want it, 4 then they sew it up and you hug the bear, 5 you give the bear an air bath at the bath station, 6 pick out clothes for bear, 7 make birth certificate, 8 you pay for the little guy and take hime home. You have build the bear. They have Build-A-Bears at malls.
Try calling a seamstress. My sister had an old Paddington from her childhood (she's in her 30s now!) and she called a local seamstress in our town and the lady fixed him beautifully! Added new eyes, more stuffing, put patches on him, etc. She even made him a new hat!
