Question: Face Lift : Have you had it done?
I am interested in getting a face lift has anyone had it done and if so how long do you heal and does it leave any scars? would u recomand it?
Should I try this in Atlanta please?
Answer: My mother's friend had a face lift and she looked a lot worse. Facelifts can look fake and change the whole facial appearance. How about finding out about some less invasive, subtle procedures such as a chemical peel (never had that either) though I'm not actually advocating you doing anything to your appearance. And just as someone else mentioned, please do make sure if you decide on any cosmetic procedure, that you ask to see some before and after pictures and perhaps even talk with some former patients.
Also, I think that they recommend to make sure that the doctor is certified with the board of plastic and cosmetic surgery as it seems that any dr can call him or herself a cosmetic surgeon. Dr's who are board certified have passed a written test and are said to be have a certain level of competence, however, nobody is perfect so please shop around like one would a car or house.
