Accupuncture Face Lift
|
Question: I was wondering if anyone has used accupuncture as a
type of face lift. A friend has told me that some of the
techniques used can be beneficial
So can anyone in the group help me please?.
Answer: there is no evidence of causuality. When I say
that there is in fact no evidence of causuality, this is not
just my opinion, it is the opinion of actual science. However,
it is easier to spout or encourage ignorance, because often
the truth requires knowledge, detail, and background. For instance,
the folk theory that big breasts are the cause of backache is
easy to grasp, like the folk theory that the earth is the center
of the cosmos. To explain that the earth really is not the
center of the universe, or that that big breasts really do
not cause backache or other disease conditions, will require
explanation of mathematics, explanation of anthropology, explanation
of apriori and scientific method. So the surgeons, like many
industrialists before them, find that they prosper in environments
of ignorance, where people are encouraged to accept the easiest
explanation as fact.
To give a simple example of what is ignored in the breast backache
theory is the statistical reality that the number of breast backache
per capita reports in a society are not in the slightest degreee
proportional to the maximum breast size range seen in that society.
In fact, they are the inverse. The reality is that the plastic
surgery industry itself, not big breasts, is the cause of breast
backache symptomology. This is fully seen in statistics, in that
the per capita plastic surgeons determine the number of backache
from breast reports. But the plastic surgeons also have a clear
and mathematically undeniable affect on the population, namely,
the maximum breast size spectrum for the population is inversely
proportional to the activity of the plastic surgeons (note:
in societies where there are more breast reductions than
breast implants, this is bizarre, since there are obviously
going to be a lot less medically necessary huge breasts than
small and slight breasts, so obviously, the presence of surgeons
will have a radical effect on the breast size spectrum of any
population). Therefore, acting on the theory that the plastic
surgery industry causes breast backache symptomology, the
theory is validated by the facts...the reports of backaches from
big breasts are inversely proportional to the size of the breasts.
This fact has been cited years ago by independent scientists,
who were not, unfortunately, funded by big corporate shills as
were the sell outs who coddled the pro breast reduction studies
that you call well documented.
The theory that most of the backache problems are engendeered
by the surgeons acting on society thru the agencies of influence (authority) makes perfect sense from what we know about psychology.
For instance, the backaches can be caused by several routes. First
off is motivated deception, which comes either in the form
either self deception (if she has backache, and has big breasts,
she blames her breasts, as if all other possible causes did
not count suddenly, a total denial of apriori, but very common,
and a big reason why annectdotal evidence is not considered
scientific) or in the form of deception of others. Deception
of others is easy, and is highly motivated. The patient is
lead to believe that she will be greatly rewarded (several thousand
dollars of free surgery to rid herself of something she has
been nurtured to hate) so she is motivated, plus the doctor
makes it real easy to lie in this fashion. If for instance
she says that she has backache and has big breasts, the
doctor will take her at her word. So we have means, motive,
and opportunity, which, in statistical and psychosocial terms
means the presence of vast numbers who will avail themselves
of it. Secondly, backaches are caused by posture problems.
This is an example of false correlation and also an example
of information biasing found in the well documented studies.
In sheer mathematical terms, a large breasted woman has
a different upper body weight distribution than a flat
chested woman, so if she carries herself like a flat chested
woman, she will get backaches, not because of her breasts,
but because her posture is not right for her natural build.
It is caused by bad posture, not breasts, and to claim
that breasts are the cause is absurd, especially in light
of the well established apriori consideration that bad
posture for build causes backaches. It has nothing to
do with big breasts, because a woman that was flat chested
and carried herself like a big breasted woman should would
get back troubles too. No one would blame this on her having
small breasts. Establishing a correlation between big breasts
and backaches does not establish causation, all it says
is that women with big breasts are being told to carry
themselves in a manner that is unfitting for who they are,
which is in fact the current social reality.
